Need help sucks being a newbie

I am trying to get my new site going http://sweetcency.titanhousing.com

I am looking for a web page builder with easy to use ftp like dreamweaver

I want somethign where I can download my site directly from its host titanhousing.com and i am able to work on it without switching over to html

and that i am able to drag the tools i need to use to create my page.

I have tried Actual Draw and it does not download my site from its host and when it uploads my site it messes up the folders i have

I have tired coffeecup but its only a 45 day trial i need something that is freeware and that gives me the ability to drag the tools and image and have them on top of each other

Can anyone help the newbie.

my computer is only 3 gig of ram and money is tight

I am using a free server http://sweetcency.titanhousing.com that should tell you something that I do not have a lot of money to invest into much of my new site

and I tired looking for investors but they are just end up bieng liars

so i have fight to do it on my own

I was looking http://www.freelayout.com to use for backgrouds of my site but that does not help me on graphic images to give it a more personalized look

I know it is rough getting things done these days. You must understand that this time of year most webmasters use this time to fine tune their own projects since things do slow down a bit.

I looked at the free hosting page you have and nothing is there. What kind of site are you looking to build?
