Active TGP's??

I know we run active TGPs, updating daily or if we miss a day it will certainly get updated the next day. I really dont want to share receip space with TGPs that are dead.

Some may say I am reading too much into it, but the reason one has receips is to receive 'some' traffic from other TGPs.
