Hit me up man. I can hook you up with a guy I know that has lot's of content girls out here in LA. He might now someone out where you are.

You just call them up. Pick the girl (they usually bring them by your place). Book them for a shoot. When the day comes to shoot. Sign the model release, do the shoot, pay the girl... that's it.

Pretty much the same way you get white girls to pose naked. Offer them some $$$.

Just be sure you are professional about it. Have a studio, contracts, camera and video gear ready to go before you make your pitch. Some samples of your work, what you plan to do with their images...and I think it would help to have a female assistant with you. Make the potential model feel as comfortable as possible. Project professionalism and confidence.

If that doesn't work, get 'em drunk. :-)

Hit me up Kat, I will give "sprinkle you, sprinkle you". I've found models from malls, nightclubs, Bars, Stripclubs. walking on the street. In other countries. Went to DR. first time their Shot 14 models in 3 days, did not know any spanish, they did not know any english. got there about 12 noon was shooting by 1pm. I broke the language barrier, with the universal language "pesos".
If all else fails there are a quite few places on line that you can find models. I can list them for the those that need them. some are worth it some are not.
