I just started updating http://www.blacknookie.com/main.html and there are like 1000 in my que! and over half of them are not ethnic ??? whats up with that :D makes me wonder and now I see why things are changing!

I think many people dont read the rules ! and use autosubmitters ( which inform that they don't brake the ruls but they are only programs made by men and like you shuold know people always make mistakes ;-)))
I also think that many webmaster fuck the rules.
